Role: Talent Acquisition Manager - Recruitment Agency
Based: City of London
Salary: £40,000 - 60,000 depending on the level of experience + Bonuses per hire, varying on the level of seniority
I'm working with a boutique IT Recruitment client in the City of London and they're continuing to grow despite challenging market conditions to support them on their journey they're looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Agency Talent Acquisition Manager to help them hire people.
Their hiring strategy will be a mixture of graduate trainees and experienced Recruitment staff who operate in the following Recruitment disciplines: -
- Technology Recruitment
- Financial Services Recruitment
- Insurance Recruitment
- Renewable Energy Recruitment
This role will sit alongside the MD and have daily interaction with their newly appointed Head of Learning and Development to discuss the pipeline of activity and monthly/quarterly/half-yearly target areas.
They need someone who can operate independently, is well-organised and is a self-starter who wants to take ownership of this business function.
Their business has growth plans for 2024/2025 and beyond and expects multiple hires in their London and US offices, with the vision for new offices in the pipeline.
