What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver exemplary classroom practice and innovative teaching methods
- Implement highly effective behavior management strategies
- Commit to raising standards of achievement and contribute to school improvement processes
- Plan, prepare, and differentiate lessons to meet diverse student needs
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating learning environment
- Assess, record, and report on student progress, setting ambitious targets
