What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver exemplary classroom practice and innovative teaching methods
  • Implement highly effective behavior management strategies
  • Commit to raising standards of achievement and contribute to school improvement processes
  • Plan, prepare, and differentiate lessons to meet diverse student needs
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating learning environment
  • Assess, record, and report on student progress, setting ambitious targets
  • Participate in school activities, meetings, and performance management
