Role Overview:
Our client, a growing independent insurance broker, is looking to recruit into its hugely successful Private Clients team, with a new opportunity for a Private Clients Account Executive to join the business.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality broking service to your own book of Private Clients and High Net Worth individuals in respect of their insurance needs. There will also be expectations and responsibilities for you to develop and grow your client portfolio over time, taking advantage of cross-selling and new business opportunities.
You will be working very closely alongside some of the most experienced and knowledgeable High Net Worth brokers in the country, so this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing and successful team and to develop your career further in the Private Clients insurance arena.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience within the insurance sector dealing with High-Net-Worth clients.
- An excellent track record of managing relationships with successful and prominent clients.
- Knowledge and expertise across a range of different Private Client insurance products and policies.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and personable approach adaptable to a range of individuals.
- Highly self-motivated, organised, and able to work autonomously, while also being a great team player.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining your own portfolio of Private Clients, providing them with an outstanding broking service.
- Responsible for seeking out and taking advantage of new business opportunities to grow your book of business.
- Ensuring clients receive the appropriate cover at the best possible price for their needs.
- Keeping fully compliant with FCA rules and guidelines.
