Key Responsibilites:
- Greeting and assisting guests.
- Assisting with enquiries, resolving issues and ensuring positive experiences through excellent customer serivce.
- Assist with crowd managment and ensuring the saftey of guests.
- Help with event sent up and break down.
- Guide guests on their journeys in the stadium.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse guests.
- Previous hospitality or hosting experience.
- Work well as part of a team or independently.
- Flexibile availability for match-days.
- Physical stamina, the ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
