About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Operational Performance and Insight Lead to drive our organization's performance through data-driven insights and strategic reporting. As part of a high-performing team, you will lead a group of analysts and collaborate with key departments to monitor, analyse, and improve business operations. You will be responsible for developing KPIs, improving reporting systems, and providing actionable insights that will guide senior management in decision-making.
