In this role you will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering top-tier tax services to a diverse range of corporate clients. Collaborating with experienced professionals, you will have the chance to broaden your tax expertise and make a significant impact within the industry.

As a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of corporate clients, catering to their tax needs with utmost precision and professionalism. From providing expert advice on tax compliance and planning strategies to conducting thorough research on complex tax matters, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service to our valued clients. The type of work you will be involved with includes:

  • Share for share exchanges
  • Share buy backs
  • Mergers and de-mergers
  • Tax covenant and warranty reviews in SPA's
  • R&D
  • VGTR
  • EMI
  • EIS
  • Above average capital allowances knowledge
  • Group tax planning

To be successful in this role you should possess a solid foundation in corporate tax and have prior experience working in a reputable firm or practice. An ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualification would be highly advantageous. Your comprehensive knowledge of UK tax legislation and exceptional attention to detail will ensure accurate tax computations and effective tax planning. Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships will also be key attributes for success.
