Our client is on the lookout for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to join their dynamic team in Sheffield. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Motivate: Manage, motivate, and inspire the team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse day-to-day performance, ensuring all key performance indicators are met effectively.
  • Development and Coaching: Identify developmental needs within the team and implement improvement plans. Celebrate individual successes and encourage Team Leaders to reach their full potential.
  • Strategic Reporting: Provide strategic analysis and reporting for senior management to guide decision-making.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous Team Leader or management experience in a contact or service center environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), problem-solving abilities, and creative thinking.
  • Management: Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise both your workload and your team's.

Additional Details:

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Grade: Grade 1 Team Manager
