We are seeking a dynamic Internal Project Manager to oversee the delivery of critical IT and business change projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and communication strategies.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in managing IT and business change projects.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a similar role.
