iMultiply are working with a leading UK business to recruit a Credit Controller for temporary contracts, based in Glasgow. The role pays a competitive hourly rate and could go permanent for the right person.

The Role
The role requires a pro-active and relationship focused Credit Controller who will play an integral part within the business to efficiently maintain accurate accounts receivable ledger and database and ensure that cash collection targets are consistently achieved.
As the Credit Controller, you will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:
- Accurately maintain customer accounts
- Manage ledger in line with credit management targets and timelines
- Collection of debts through telephone, email, and letters;
- Monitor deductions and ensure relevant action is taken to resolve any issues;
- Manage the application of late payment fees;
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following experience:
- Previous experience working in fast paced collections or Credit Control function
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office including Excel
- Pro-active and prepared to go the extra mile
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
