An exciting, established and dynamic property company in Southwest London are recruiting a property administrator and receptionist to join the team! You will be the first point of contact working on a fast-paced reception provide support to the wider team, welcoming visitors to the office, handling incoming phone calls, maintaining the property database, and managing post. This is an immediate start permanent role working from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday in office with no weekend work and paying a competitive salary of up to £28,000 for the right person. The role offers the opportunity to progress into a property manager role in approximately two years if this is an interest of yours.

As the successful Property Administrator / Receptionist, you will:

  • Handle incoming calls to the office and redirect them to the appropriate member of staff.
  • Welcome visitors to the office and set up meeting rooms.
  • Maintain and update client & property databases, as well as overseeing a register for contractors.
  • Work with other members of staff on email mail merges, proofreading and sending emails.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post to the office.

As the successful Property Administrator / Receptionist, you should have:

  • Excellent communication skills including a warm and friendly manner on the phone.
  • Good PC skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic Excel.
  • Ideally prior experience working within an office.
  • Good customer service skills, ideally developed within a hospitality background.
  • A keen eye for detail and time management skills.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £28,000 plus benefits including a private pension scheme and the opportunity to further personal and professional development. This role is 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday. This is an in-office role.
