Location: North Nottinghamshire (Flexible: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Contract: 6 months (with potential for extension)
Part-time: Considered for highly effective 3-day work weeks

Role Overview:

They are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team and support a range of transformation projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who is also willing to roll up their sleeves and tackle both the exciting and the essential tasks that come with HR transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transformation Projects: Collaborate with managers to support various transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective change management.
  • Organisational Development: Work closely with managers on restructuring projects, offering expert advice on organisational design and development.
  • Standardisation and Documentation: Lead efforts to standardise HR forms and documentation, simplifying processes for managers and improving efficiency.
  • Policy Development: Update and create policies that reflect the current needs of the business and support ongoing operations.
  • Behind-the-Scenes Support: Perform critical HR tasks that enable the business to continue its daily operations without disruption.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven experience in HR, particularly in managing transformation projects and organisational development.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR practices, redundancy processes, and change management.
  • Initiative: Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to handle both high-level strategic projects and essential administrative tasks.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a small, dedicated team in a fast-paced environment.
