Job Title: Customer Experience Assistant
Salary: £12ph
Location: Hoddesdon
Contract: Temporary, on going basis
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
Client: We are a dynamic company seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Experience Assistant to join their team. If you're organised, efficient, and have a knack for keeping things running smoothly, this role is perfect for you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently, providing information or redirecting inquiries as appropriate.
- Handle and distribute mail and packages promptly, ensuring accurate delivery to the intended recipients.
- Maintain breakout areas and coffee machines, ensuring cleanliness and availability of supplies for a comfortable environment.
- Manage email queries and correspondence, responding promptly and effectively to support internal and external communication.
Skills & Experience Required:
- A confident and enthusiastic person able to mix with all types of people and to provide a friendly, natural professional public image
- Pro-active
- Great IT skill with experience of using a range of technology
- Conscientious and efficient with an eye for detail and pride in their work
- Great as part of a team as well as working on their own when the need arises
- Flexible - willing to do what it takes to make the centre a success
