**One of the most reputable and fastest growing Invoice Finance lenders in the UK market is looking for a Client Executive to join their Manchester division. This is an exciting opportunity for you to progress your career in Invoice Finance and join a growing independent funder.
Location: Manchester Package: 27k - 30k
What you'll be doing as a Client Executive:
- Managing a portfolio of clients including full service, choccs and confidential (shadow & Bulk).
- Have thorough understanding of the businesses within the portfolio.
- Perform verifications on all choccs and confidential accounts in line with the individual client schedule.
- Manage receipt of MI in accordance with the schedule in a timely manner – filling in client sheets to monitor once information has been reviewed.
- Review client bank statements when received – highlighting any issues or concerns for the RM (HMRC and Direct Payments).
- Complete monthly reconciliations to meet the target date.
- Review YTD stats on a monthly basis and highlight any issues to RM.
- Deal with client/customer queries.
- Communicate regularly with RM and OD with regards any client issues.
- Issuing NOI on customer accounts where required.
- Review & notify RM of any changes as per Creditsafe monitoring for both clients and debtors.
- Checking of new customer information on the internet before introductory letters are released.
- Applying for bad debt protection and monitoring external facilities.

- Previous experience within Invoice Finance.
- A people person. Able to be client facing and communicate well at all levels.
- Adaptable. This is a very varied role and can require a lot of adaptability often.
- Able to mange your time effectively.
