Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Italian EV charging market. Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business avenues, including partnerships with local businesses, municipalities, and energy providers. Develop a robust sales pipeline and manage the end-to-end sales process.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Execution: Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest EV charging technologies and industry trends. Educate clients on product features, benefits, and applications.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Provide regular updates to senior management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales and business development, preferably within the EV charging or AC/DC hardware sales sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working with municipalities, utility companies, or automotive OEMs. Familiarity with Saas/backend platforms for EVC, EMS & BSS.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong knowledge of e-mobility, including EVC, Battery Storage (residential and C&I), and Energy Management Systems.
  • Network: Established contacts in the EVC market.
