Position Overview:
As a Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department with a variety of administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background looking to expand their skills in a finance-oriented role.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents, including invoices, payments, and statements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and databases.
  • Coordinate and schedule financial meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared in advance.
  • Support the finance team with daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Handle client inquiries related to financial matters, providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a legal or financial setting is a plus but not essential.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
