Our client is a very successful company based in Wokingham and they are looking for a great Energy Services Executive to come and join the team. This role is a great position for someone who is good at administration, coordination and customer service. They pride themselves on providing a nurturing and welcoming environment where people are proud to work and grow with them. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all of the administrative duties for the team and will need great relationship building skills!

This Energy Services Executive role is for a fantastic company who are passionate about being more green and are growing tremendously, so it is a very exciting time to join!

The role is working 8:30-5pm Monday - Friday and the role is office-based. The office is based in Wokingham, so the ideal candidate would need to be a car driver due to lack of transport links in this location. The salary is up to £26,000 with fantastic benefits including a discretionary 12% annual bonus!

What will I be doing in the Energy Services Executive role?

  • Building and maintaining relationships with Installers and suppliers
  • Processing data match requests and results
  • Liaising with the Installers to resolve technical failures identified by the supplier
  • Liaising with the Installers to resolve any issues.
  • Using various software, this includes Microsoft Office & bespoke supplier tools
  • Resolving supplier compliance queries
  • Compliance checking and processing high volume of work submitted by the Installers
  • Provide compliance training and guidance for Installers as and when required
  • Handling customer queries and providing settlement statements
  • Compliance checking and completion
  • Submission of all jobs from the previous month and submitting by their deadline
  • Liaising with the Finance team to resolve Installer and supplier invoice queries
  • Updating internal management reports.
  • Resolving failure measures returned from the energy supplier with the Installer in a timely manner
  • Providing data for audits
