Our client is looking for an Operations Manager to join their supportive and growing team. Our client needs an Operations Manager who can contribute to long-term planning and growth for their business; a dynamic individual who can drive efficiency, embrace change, and maintain excellent customer care standards across a number of office sites. As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the business. You will undertake full responsibility for all operational activities, lead a management team, and will report directly to the Board
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior staff on strategic planning and execution.
- Ensure operational processes and best practices are followed across all sites.
- Implement new technologies to enhance efficiency.
- Analyse and optimise site expenditure budgets and KPIs.
- Optimise business continuity planning.
- Lead and motivate your Operations and Site Support teams.
- Encourage professional development in a supportive work environment.
- Optimise utilisation of resource and staffing levels.
- Drive positive change within the organization; Adapting to industry trends and evolving business requirements.
- Manage the growth of the team to support an increased portfolio.
To be suitable for this role, candidates will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in people management, ideally within the hospitality, flexible workspace, or related industry.
- Senior experience in a compatible industry.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Demonstrable commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Degree qualification is desirable.
- Candidates will need to have their own transport and be willing to travel to company sites.
