Operations Manager

Our client is looking for an Operations Manager to join their supportive and growing team. Our client needs an Operations Manager who can contribute to long-term planning and growth for their business; a dynamic individual who can drive efficiency, embrace change, and maintain excellent customer care standards across a number of office sites. As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the business. You will undertake full responsibility for all operational activities, lead a management team, and will report directly to the Board

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior staff on strategic planning and execution.
  • Ensure operational processes and best practices are followed across all sites.
  • Implement new technologies to enhance efficiency.
  • Analyse and optimise site expenditure budgets and KPIs.
  • Optimise business continuity planning.
  • Lead and motivate your Operations and Site Support teams.
  • Encourage professional development in a supportive work environment.
  • Optimise utilisation of resource and staffing levels.
  • Drive positive change within the organization; Adapting to industry trends and evolving business requirements.
  • Manage the growth of the team to support an increased portfolio.

To be suitable for this role, candidates will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in people management, ideally within the hospitality, flexible workspace, or related industry.
  • Senior experience in a compatible industry.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrable commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Degree qualification is desirable.
  • Candidates will need to have their own transport and be willing to travel to company sites.
