My client based in Bracknell are looking for a Regeneration Project Officer who can provide administrative support to the projects team. This flexible, part time role is 1 day based in their Bracknell office, 3 days based in their Windsor office and 1 day based in their head office at Eastleigh for training.

Duties will include:

  • Receive and respond to colleague, customer, and other stakeholder enquiries ( Face to face, Phone, email ) or if you are unable to answer them, pass to the relevant team member and ensure that customers receive a response.
  • Provide regular briefings, prepare, and present relevant information to key audiences on the progress of work, preparing and presenting reports and briefing notes as appropriate.
  • Responsible for reviewing payments, programme monitoring and support services procedure ensuring they are fit for purpose and up to date and circulate to the rest of the team.
  • Compile, maintain and manage credible records along with circulating accurate reports detailing performance and targets for different delivery programmes, spanning all tenures, including land bank, grant and risk exposure.
  • Co-ordinate and undertake charging and audit activities ensuring that the schemes comply with regulations and law and maintain records of those schemes, ensuring that the company can charge new property as soon as needed to maintain the programme, business plan and regulatory rating.
  • Act as Lead Point of contact for internal stakeholders and external agencies, being responsible for the administration and reporting of development programme, through the IMS to homes England; national housing federation, partnership southwest (PSW) and local authorities.
  • Take the lead in the distribution of marketing material aimed at raising the positive online profile of the team.
  • Maintaining an excellent knowledge of legislation relating to compliance, circulating information appropriately and providing training to internal customers to ensure complaince with legislation and regulations.
  • Produce communication material (Designed by others) and arrange distribution (Both electronic and hard copy)
  • Support the organisation and delivery of events for customers and stakeholders.
  • Effectively Manage the day-to-day operation of any abri site office.
  • Run and check regular weekly and monthly programme reports for the wider team, ensuring the data is credible and the reports are issued on time.

Essential criteria:

  • High Standard of Administration experience
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interrogate information, problem solve and build spreadsheets containing Realtime spreadsheets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Offcie packages including Outlook, Excel, and word.
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal, -maintaining working relationships with clients, stakeholders and customers.
  • Exceptional organisational skills – working towards deadlines and prioritising own workload effectively maintaining attention to detial.
  • Full Driving License and access to own transport
