Contract Support Coordinator–£30,000-£35,000– Rochdale / Hybrid-working

The Role

We are an independent commercial refrigeration and air conditioning company, looking to appoint a highly organised and conscientious Contract Support Coordinator to our growing team.

You will be pivotal in supporting our Engineers and Technical Supervisors. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the accurate recording of working hours and managing daily operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate time sheets weekly and confirm any overtime worked for previous week.
  • Follow up on Out of Hours calls each Morning with engineers and liaising with service manager.
  • Allocating calls to alternate engineer when necessary.
  • Liaise with the field team and suppliers regarding any stock issues.
  • Process urgent orders.
  • Chase suppliers for POD's and ETA's.
  • Daily chasing of parts for jobs and releasing back to engineer when parts are confirmed on site.
  • Logging store checks and Audit calls for engineers.
  • Assist in call handling and checking the Engineers job lists making sure they have been scheduled.
  • Uniform and PPE ordering for new and existing engineers.
  • Raise calls on CRM system.
  • Processing condemnations of cabinets which need to be removed from store and following them up in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate and up to date info on CRM.
  • Liaise with engineers/technical/supervisors each afternoon to confirm work assignments are carried out.
  • Communication with stores in regard to updates with calls logged.
  • Continual monitoring of allocated areas for any off sale/Urgent calls that the field team need to be made aware off.
  • Ensuring Supervisors/technical/engineers are made aware of jobs for engineers on leave, for reassignment.
  • Contact stores the week before to confirm PPM bookings (planned Preventive Maintenance) and remind stores in advance when engineers are going to stores.
  • Help with Out of hours weekly rota and to communicate any changes to engineers.

The company is split into two divisions and specialises in commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning, offering solutions to almost any situation.

Currently operating in the supermarket refrigeration sector on Aldi, Costco, McColls and Morrisons Daily contracts.
