Are you a recent Graduate interested in Sales?

Our client, a provider and manufacturer of workplace recycling solutions, is looking for a Graduate Sales Executive to join their growing team. The Graduate Sales Executive will be able to make their own mark on this role, being creative with solutions and being vital in impacting the over sales plan.

The responsibilities of the Graduate Sales Executive include but are not limited to the following:

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Nav & other forums to identify individuals who match clients target market.
  • Add contacts to CRM and marketing lists.
  • Make outbound phone calls to generate interest and book appointments for the sales team to attend with clients.
  • Attend daily huddle, weekly 121 meetings and monthly sales meetings, contributing to ideas to increase sales.
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions.

Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes of the Graduate Sales Executive:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and effectively maintain long-term relationships.
  • Highly competent in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Flexibility and ability to multitask and prioritise with disciplined follow up.
  • Strong research, listening and presenting skills.
