Altum Consulting are supporting a Private Equity backed global brand to recruit a Senior Group Reporting Manager to support a new CFO. This role has potential to convert to a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the consolidation of global entities, demonstrating prior multi-entity consolidation experience across multi-currency in a large, PE/VC backed business.
  • Deliver reporting under IFRS & US GAAP.
  • Maintain group ledgers in compliance with group and local statutory accounting requirements.
  • Take full ownership of the balance sheet management, commentary and analysis.
  • Provide significant support across the year end reporting and external audit
  • Drive process improvement across month-end processes and internal controls to accommodate the company's sustained growth objectives.
  • Deliver month-end tasks, collaborate with various teams to ensure ledger accuracy and meet group deadlines, and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Support audits, prepare local statutory accounts, promote best practices and report any issues or opportunities.
  • Support the CFO with ad-hoc project tasks relating to business growth, strategic planning and implementation of new controls across the business.
  • Business partnering key stakeholders across the UK & US, finance and non-finance.

You will have:

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) Accountant with audit experience
  • Have at least 2 years of post-qualified experience in commerce & industry
  • Happy to work on a flexible working basis, both in office and at home
  • Have finance experience within Group Finance in a multi-site business
  • Available for ASAP start
