Finance Manager

We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Finance Manager, to join our finance team in Berkhamsted. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual who is either qualified or part-qualified in ACCA/CIMA/ACA, or someone with previous experience in a similar role. Day-to-day of the role:
- Produce monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Generate balance sheets and conduct thorough reviews of all balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage treasury functions, including the management of bank accounts.
- Perform revenue analysis on a monthly basis to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide support on other ad-hoc finance projects as required.
- Manage 2 experienced Accounts Assistants.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified or part-qualified in ACCA/CIMA/ACA, or equivalent experience as a Management Accountant.
- Proven experience in producing management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Strong understanding of treasury functions and bank account management.
- Ability to conduct detailed revenue analysis.
- Excellent initiative, with a driven and self-motivated approach to work.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
