Your new role
As the Credit Risk Analyst, you will hold a primary role within the business to ensure cash collection and cash flow remains buoyant coupled with managing the Credit Risk function.
Working on a 6month FTC, you will report into the Head of Finance and join a busy Credit and Accounts department.
You will be responsible to proactively chase approximately 400 live accounts monthly, identifying any queries or issues relating to payments and any potential risks to the business.
Working alongside a credit agency and credit insurance sources, you will monitor and maintain customer credit accounts within the companies agreed trading limits.
Regularly review credit worthiness of new and existing customers reporting on overdue accounts & monitoring any potential risks
Manage daily the release of customer orders subject to credit collected and limit restrictions
Producing weekly detailed reports and analysis relating to short term cash flow, uninsured and overdue debt
What you'll need to succeed
Experienced of working within Credit Risk
Experienced in Credit Control
Experience of working with Credit Insurance & Credit risk agencies
Analytical with excellent attention to detail
Problem solving skills
Negotiation abilities
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel
