Hoist Finance are currently looking to recruit an IT Governance Officer for their growing team in Manchester. This is an exciting position where you will be instrumental in ensuring the robustness and efficiency of the IT governance process. You will be playing a critical role in supporting both internal and third party audits, ensuring systems and processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Skills Needed:
- Experience in IT Governance, risk management or a similar role
- Familiarity with Microsoft Purview
- Strong understanding of audit processes, business continuity planning and disaster recovery
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
As an IT Governance Officer you will be working on the following:
- Auditing: You will assist in coordinating and supporting internal and external audits
- Policy and Procedure Maintenance: Supporting with developing, reviewing and updating IT Governance policies.
- Business Continuity Planning: Developing and maintaining business continuity plans, ensuring that the organisation can continue to operate effectively in the event of an unforeseen disruption.
- Disaster Recovery and Backup: Manage and oversee disaster recovery operations and backup procedures
- Microsoft Purview: You will be responsible for overseeing the use of Microsoft Purview within the organisation
