Salary: Up to £27,000 depending on experience

A leading technology manufacturer, supplying premium products to a global customer base including construction and automotive industries. Working as part of a busy Customer Service & Sales team, you will be hands-on in supporting customers with queries, orders and warranties. An integral role within the business, working closely across all departments and providing outstanding levels of service.

Customer Service Executive - Responsibilities:
- Supporting customers with orders received by phone, email or social media
- Proactively handling and resolving customer queries & challenges
- Ownership of warranty claims and issues
- Being the key point of contact between the Engineering department and customers
- Uploading orders onto the database, printing shipping labels
- Proactively updating customers
- Compiling reports to support the Sales & Marketing functions
Customer Service Executive - What We're Looking For:
- High levels of Customer Service skills
- Office based experience, ideally within B2B Customer Service or Sales
- Strong IT skills including Word and Excel
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to learn and retain technical knowledge
- High attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
