We're currently looking for a Rent Protection Administrator to sit within our Tenant Credit Control team in our Property Management division. The position will be heavily administration focused with responsibility for managing our Rent Protection policies. Foxtons offers landlords the opportunity to purchase rent protection insurance which covers unpaid rent in the event their tenant defaults.
Core responsibilities of the role:
- Discussing the policy details with clients
- Setting up new policies
- Auditing existing policies to ensure compliance
- Setting up new claims when appropriate
- Tracking claim payments
- Tracking volumes, conversions, claims and reporting to management
- Assist the wider team in responding to landlords and tenants' emails regarding outstanding rent.
This role also includes two days per week working from home (once the initial induction period has passed).
About You
As well as strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail, we are also looking for people who are self-motivated.
No previous experience in the property industry or credit control is required, as full training and ongoing development will be provided. All we ask is that you come with the willingness to learn and the desire to do the job well.

This role is based in our Worcester office (WR4) towards the outskirts of the city with excellent transport links from numerous locations. Free onsite parking is provided.
The hours for this role are 9:00am-17:30pm
