A Shropshire based law firm have a vacancy for a part-time front-of-house receptionist/office administrator to work at their busy Market Drayton office. This is a job share role working 9 am to 5 pm Wednesday to Friday.
Day to day duties will include:
- Answering in-coming calls on the switchboard
- Welcoming reception visitors
- Passing messages on promptly and accurately either by email or telephone
- Dealing with face-to-face client enquiries
- Taking client payments
- Liaising with suppliers
- Dealing with all incoming and outgoing post
- Administrative support of the office as required such as opening and closing files, preparing correspondence and general file management
Required skills:
- Previous experience working as a front-of-house receptionist
- Previous experience operating a switchboard
- Accurate copy and audio typing skills with a good degree of speed preferred
- Excellent organisational, client facing and communication skills
