An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join a close-knit team within a Property and Housing company based in Manchester. They are a growing business that offers brilliant progression opportunities for ambitious individuals!

Responsibilities:
- All aspects of daily bookkeeping for multiple companies.
- Intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
- Maintaining Records for all sales and purchase invoices for all business entities.
- Assisting in year-end procedures.
- Creating and processing invoices.
- Dealing with all inquiries that clients have.
- Checking all invoices ahead of the weekly payment run.
- Confirmation Statement Filing.
What you'll need to succeed
- Xero and Sage experience.
- Highly motivated and self-driven individual with excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Great team player.
- Have proven experience of working to tight deadlines.
