Description
The responsibilities for the Marketing Manager - Offshore Wind Sector role will include:
- Lead and manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals.
- Identify and target appropriate audiences for marketing campaigns.
- Monitor, measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - from creative, IT and production to product marketing and legal - to produce effective promotional materials.
- Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and manage a marketing budget.
- Develop and manage the marketing department's KPIs.
Profile
A successful Marketing Manager - Offshore Wind Sector should have:

- 5+ years experience in marketing
- Proven expertise in creating and implementing strategic marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills with the capacity to manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategy.
- A degree in Marketing or a related field is desirable.
- Demonstrable experience in reporting marketing ROI, and implementing lead gen strategies.
