We are currently working in partnership with a Primary School in Runcorn to recruit a PPA Teacher for a long-term role 3 days a week.
The role will be working every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday covering work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. The role is initially for the Autumn term but could be extended for the full academic year.

You will be working in a single form entry Ofsted "Good" school joining an experienced, friendly and welcoming teaching and support team who work hard to create an engaging environment for children to flourish and achieve their goals.
Your new role
As a PPA teacher you will move around various classes in the school to cover staff whilst they utilise their allocated PPA time. Lessons will be planned for you to deliver. You will be responsible for behaviour management, upkeep of the learning environment and promoting a love of learning.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful with your application, you will need:
- QTS status or equivalent qualification
- Experience of teaching in EYFS, KS1 & KS2
- High expectations of behaviour and achievement
- A passion for teaching and learning
- A commitment to professional development and safeguarding
- A current DBS on the update service or be willing to acquire one through Hays
