Our fantastic client based in Woking are looking to recruit an Account Manager to support clients attending their upcoming events. If you are looking to join a company that makes a real difference and are extremely passionate about what they do, this could be the role for you.
Duties:
- Resolve day to day queries through telephone calls and emails
- Provide advice and support
- Follow up with clients on a regular basis
- Offer personalised support
- Build lasting relationships with clients through the duration of contract
- Communicate issues with the wider team when required
- Update the database on a daily basis
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar office-based admin/customer service role
- Excellent telephone skills
- Experience building relationships with customers
- Able to multi-task effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Strong Microsoft office skills
