The Amazon Account Manager will provide strategic oversight of the company's Amazon sales channel, ensuring consistent growth and maximising profitability. Description

  • Maintain daily communication with both internal and external Amazon stakeholders, fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Lead the achievement of overall sales objectives while enhancing the profitability of the UK account.
  • Oversee and manage supply chain processes.
  • Create and nurture a top-tier Brand Room, optimizing product detail pages (PDPs) through content and SEO strategies to boost organic rankings.
  • Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that target both upper and lower funnel audiences.
  • Conduct thorough post-analysis to continually refine investments and share valuable insights.
  • Work closely with EU and US teams to leverage insights across different territories.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of Amazon consumers and their lifetime value to the brand.
  • Interpret customer insights to identify and develop new partnership opportunities.

Operational Excellence:

  • Proactively pursue improvements across the supply chain to drive efficiency and minimize chargebacks.
  • Ensure seamless updates to SKU changes to avoid sales risks.

Profile

  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is highly valued.
  • Over 5 years of experience in eCommerce key account management, with a background in the Beauty Industry being a plus, but not required.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central.
  • Familiarity with both 1P and 3P models is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in overseeing and managing operations and logistics related to Amazon fulfillment.
  • Experience collaborating with external ad agencies is a valuable plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills are beneficial.
  • The ability to build and nurture strong partnerships is crucial.
  • A results-driven, target-focused mindset, with a flexible and solution-oriented approach, is essential
