We are seeking a dedicated and organised Sales/Office Administrator to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team with order processing and customer inquiries.
  • Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.

Office Administration:

  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.
  • Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

General Administrative Duties:

  • Support the management team with various administrative tasks.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy, professional, and conducive to productivity.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a sales support or office administration role is preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time office-based position with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
  • Saturday work included every other week with reduced hours from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • One weekday off in lieu for every Saturday worked.
  • 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
