We're looking for an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our clients dynamic MSP team! If you thrive on solving complex IT issues and enjoy working with a variety of clients, this could be the perfect role for you.
My client are a leader in the IT Managed Services space and are always on the hunt for talent individuals with a hunger to learn and progress and a passion for IT and Tech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support for Hardware and Software issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues
- Provide technical support for networking, infrastructure and Cloud technology
- Delivering exceptional customer service with the ability to go above and beyond
- Hands on technical problem solving approach.
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload in a methodical way
Key Skills:
- 3+ Years MSP experience
- Strong expertise in Windows Server (2016, 2019 & 2022), Active Directory, Group Policy and Azure AD/Entra ID
- Office 365 and Exchange experience (2016 & 2019)
- Advanced in managing and troubleshooting VoIP Systems
- Virtualization experience (Hyper-V, VMware)
- Understanding of Networking - working with Routers, Switches, Servers, Firewalls, VPNs, VLANs and general support and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and WAN/LAN Tech
- Experience or Understanding of PowerShell Scripting (Desirable)
Location: Liverpool (Hybrid Working)
Work Pattern: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £35k - £45k DOE
