Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial properties.
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
- Conducting due diligence and managing transactions from inception to completion.
- Providing strategic advice on property development and investment opportunities.
- Liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2/3 years PQE (Post Qualification Experience) in commercial real estate.
- Strong knowledge of Scottish property law.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
