The Role
Digital Tonic are excited to be working with a central Bristol-based agency as they look for a Paid Media Specialist to join their team. This role offers an exciting chance to be part of the agency's journey into the world of Paid Media. In this dynamic hands on role, no two days will be the same. While you will have ownership over various tasks, this role has a blend of both delivery and account management, client communication related to media strategies and metrics, analytics and reporting, campaign activation and optimisation.
Experience in a client-facing role is essential, as you will be responsible for managing 15 accounts across a variety of sectors. This role will involve working with clients ranging from smaller South West-based businesses to interior brands and gaming companies. If you are looking to join a small team of talented individuals and are eager to take on a role where you can make a meaningful impact, this opportunity could be perfect for you.
Skills and Experience
- 2-3 years' experience in paid media
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data
- Excellent account management skills
- Knowledge of the key paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Performance Max, Google Shopping, and social platforms (Meta primarily)
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
Benefits
Depending on experience, there is a salary on offer here of c.£36k, as well as a whole host of benefits/perks which can be discussed on application. There is a hybrid working model in place depending on what works for you; you'll find most of the team regularly go into the office due to the fun culture within the team, but you're free to come in once a week, or most days!
