Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2) in accordance with the national curriculum.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment in Farnborough where every child can thrive.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
- Adhere to school policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Possession of a valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) on the Update Service is preferred. However, candidates without a current DBS are welcome to apply, with the willingness to undergo the application process.
- Experience working with children in a Primary School setting is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and a positive attitude towards flexible working arrangements.
