Total Reward Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Total Reward Analyst to join a great team at the forefront of an exciting period of growth and change. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our client has outstanding basics in place to enable delivery of the annual total reward cycle and priorities. You will consistently place colleagues at the heart of all design, delivery and analytics. You will be accountable for leading elements of the planning and delivery of all annual cyclical activities and change, with a particular focus on delivering total reward practices which are future proofed, customer-centric and underpin increased business performance.

Key Duties:

  • Accountable, during the annual reward cycle, for ensuring all reporting and analytics, are fully tested and accessible.
  • Accountable for managing all ad hoc requests for market data or analytics and identifying opportunities for simplification and efficiency in processes and/or approach.
  • Identifies data-led customer centric total reward solutions to drive improved individual and business performance within specific business units.
  • Working closely with TR effectiveness and data analytics teams, ensures all market data is relevant and underpins career journeys.
  • Acts as the first point of escalation for colleague queries from Reward Services and adopts a system design approach to identifying and solving total reward questions and challenges.
  • Working with Reward CoE peers, provides input to customer centric total reward education for key activities (either annual cycle related or change initiatives).
  • Proactively provides reward modelling and assessment changes impacting budgeting and forecasting of total reward costs (e.g. minimum wage) as well as any other analytical needs.
  • Collaborates with Reward Services and other CoEs to continually improve and simplify the delivery of total reward.

Experience:

  • Has analytics and modelling expertise developed either through a related degree and at least 2 years' experience, or through extensive work experience and related qualifications. Understands all elements of total reward (including recognition) and how they impact individual and business performance. Has had experience of working on an annual reward cycle or other reward change projects.
  • Has worked in an HR, Finance, Commercial or Consulting environment with accountability for commercial analysis, data reporting and insights.
  • Experience of relationship building and influencing stakeholders within and across HR in a large, matrixed organisation (at least 10,000 employees) in at least two different sectors.
  • Has some experience of managing pension, compensation, and / or benefit plans. Has experience of delivering ongoing operational improvements.
  • Experience of establishing collaborative relationships across teams (HR and the business). Understands how different total reward approaches align with an organisation's strategic goals and governance structure.
