37 hours per week/44 weeks per year
Bucks Pay Range 3 - actual salary £26,082 to £27,978 (equivalent to £27,310 to £29,295 for full time)
Full time, Permanent Start date - as soon as possible
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to join our friendly and committed Human Resources Team.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer (CPO), you will be involved in the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and on-boarding of new staff right through to managing leavers.
The HR team work very closely in a fast-paced environment and are committed to attracting, retaining and developing a professional, self-disciplined and ambitious workforce dedicated to delivering positive outcomes for all our students. Working flexibly as part of the team, this role will provide efficient administrative support ensuring an effective day to day HR service.
