- Location: Runcorn
- Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience
- Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm with a 4:30pm finish on a Friday
- Hybrid flexibility post probation period
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the field-based sales team and ensuring the overall operation runs smoothly. Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with both new and existing customers, arranging sales visits, and maintaining routine product maintenance schedules. Your attention to detail and ability to proactively engage with clients will be key to your success in this role.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Contacting clients by phone to qualify their level of interest and arrange suitable visits
- Qualifying current and future requirements of potential customers
- Updating the CRM system with accurate information
- Creating formal quotations and logging them in the system
- Administering shipments of products to UK-based locations
- Contacting existing users to arrange periodic calibrations and maintenance
- Providing timely reports on sales activities
