An established, growing manufacturer have an exciting
Assembly Team Leader
opportunity at their brand new offices where your
hands on role
will see you
responsible for a small team, setting and ensuring quality led processes
and a
good flow of product through the department
- Whilst being
hands on with assembly duties
yourself, you will get involved in
problem solving, reporting on issues and analysing data
relating to performance and quality for
continuous improvement purposes
As an
Assembly Team Leader
, your new role will involve:
- Leading to achieve quality, productivity and delivery targets
- Reviewing the performance of your department
- Conducting data and manual analysis of performance and quality of work, identifying issues and looking at potential for improvements
- Proactively improving processes
- Leading from the front in the assembly of brass components, UV bonding and gluing processes
I am very interested in speaking with candidates who have experience working as a
Manufacturing Team Leader, Assembly Team Leader, Manufacturing Supervisor, Assembly Supervisor, Production Team Leader, or Production Supervisor,
and who have worked with
metal products / components.
An
understanding of finishing processes would be helpful
as well.
Salary for this opportunity is: £28,000 to £32,000 p.a. (depending on level of experience).
