Enthusiastic, energetic Office Assistant/Administrator required to join successful Mayfair based Property Development / Investment firm. You will be integral to the office and there is huge scope to develop, you will join a friendly, sociable and supportive team. Ideally immediately available to start on a temporary to permanent basis.
Key duties:
- Ensuring day-to-day running of the office.
- Providing administrative support and proactively assisting the team.
- Answering, directing calls and taking messages.
- First point of contact for clients visiting the office, ensuring meeting rooms are organised and prepped.
- Managing inboxes and diary management.
- Event co-ordination both internal for the team, socials along with assisting with external client events.
- Liaising and coordinating with office suppliers, maintenance contractors (I.T. helpdesk, mobile providers).
- If interesting in property you will be given the opportunity to shadow the property development team.
Ideal candidate:
- 1-2 years office administration/reception experience within a professional office environment.
- Excellent eye for detail with impeccable communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organised and an enthusiastic team player.
- A 'can do' proactive worth ethic.
This is a varied role with scope for progression and develop within a friendly, supportive, professional team of over 50 staff.
