- Contract Type: Temp To Perm
- Hourly Rate From: £13.15ph
- Working Pattern: Full Time (Mon-Fri, 8am-5:00pm)
- �? Office Based
?? Key Responsibilities:
- Be the friendly face and key point of contact for members and visitors, delivering exceptional first impressions
- Assist members with various tasks such as meeting room bookings, technical troubleshooting, and ensuring workspaces are set up to their preferences
- Handle administrative duties including mail delivery, ordering supplies, and preparing meeting rooms
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting members with information, recommendations, and resolving any inquiries
- Maintain operational checklists and communicate any concerns to the Community Manager
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health and safety protocols
?? Key Experience:
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Excellent organisational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer service excellence
- Previous events experience is desirable but not essential
- Basic office equipment operation skills
