Tax Accountant

Tax Accountant key responsibilities:
- Preparation of the annual corporation tax computations for the UK companies within the group
- Supporting the year-end tax reporting process under both UK GAAP and IFRS – including preparation of the tax disclosures in the annual statutory accounts
- Calculating the quarterly tax instalment payments for the group
- Contributing to the development and implementation of best practices in tax accounting
- Ad-hoc project/other work alongside the Tax Manager
Required Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CTA)
- Strong knowledge and understanding of UK corporate tax legislation
- Strong IFRS tax accounting knowledge and experience
- Experience of dealing with and understanding international tax regimes is beneficial
