Your new company
An excellent Biotech business based on Milton Park who is leading the way in clinical therapies which are having a real world impact. Their very busy CEO is looking for high-level seamless Executive Assistant support to help him run the office and business day-to-day.
Your new role
Your role will be to support the CEO and Company Directors as well as being an ambassador for the company. You will support the running of the Board, chair meetings and develop strong internal and external networks. You will support with diaries, travel, email communications and corporate events, as well as ensuring the office and facilities run smoothly.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked as a high-level C-suite EA previously and be one step ahead at all times. You will clearly communicate, understand the pressures the SMT are under and therefore effectively and proactively support where needed. You will understand what it means to run a business at this scale and also it's importance in the lives of those that benefit from the work the organisation does. You will also be able to start the role within a week's notice.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will be offered a temporary to permanent role which will pay in line with £50-55k on an hourly basis and as long as the fit seems right from both sides, you will be offered a permanent role. The organisation offers strong benefits so please call to discuss these further.
