What will the Assistant Finance Manager role involve?
- Perform bank reconciliations, complete end-of-month journals and assist with the production of monthly management accounts.
- Supervise purchase ledger workloads and post invoices.
- Managing the input of payroll including payroll submissions and pensions.
- Managing the accounts receivables functions with includes producing debtor reports and following up on outstanding invoices.
Suitable Candidate for the Assistant Finance Manager vacancy:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Experience in managing purchase ledgers, payroll, and sales functions.
