I am excited to be partnering with a global investment management firm that works across the financial markets. They are on the look out for a recruitment coordinator to join there highly successful team.
Duties:
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Help to manage the candidate pipeline and progress candidates through interview cycles in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain and manage accurate data in the ATS.
- Support the team in the planning and execution of recruitment events.
- Respond to all recruiting-related inquiries with a sense of urgency and follow up as appropriate
- Coordinate other administrative duties surrounding recruiting efforts as needed
- Monitor the Recruiting inbox, to ensure a timely response to employee issues and concerns in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience of working in a similar level role within ideally the financial services industry.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Solution focused with ability to prioritise
- Ideally experience with an ATS .
