Description
- Perform routine electrical maintenance to prevent equipment malfunctions.
- Manufacture control panel in accordance with manufacturing drawings.
- Installing electrical equipment and instrumentation within the manufactured equipment and wiring back to Main control panels/junction boxes.
- Testing of the Completed electrical Installation prior to in house function testing.
- Finding and rectifying Faults on manufactured plant Equipment.
- Planned and Reactive Building Maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues swiftly and accurately.
- Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing team on various projects.
- Assist in the development of maintenance procedures.
- Contribute to the continual improvement of product quality.
Profile
A successful Electrical Technician should have:
- Apprentice trained with an electrical qualification.
- 17th/18th Edition.
- Experience with fault finding, testing and maintenance and building panels.
- Their own tools.
- Proven experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Adept at diagnosing and resolving electrical issues.
- Strong communication and team-working skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
