The Graduate Business Intelligence Analyst will join at one our well-established clients, working on diverse data-driven projects. In this role, you will gain valuable experience in analysing and visualising business data to drive informed decision-making and contribute to our organisation's growth.
Responsibilities of Graduate Business Intelligence Analyst:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends and insights.
- Create reports and dashboards using BI tools.
- Ensure data accuracy through quality checks.
BI Development:
- Support the design and maintenance of BI solutions.
- Enhance data visualisation and user experience.
- Assist in data governance practices.
Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical specs.
- Document requirements, data dictionaries, and process flows.
Data Mining & Insights:
- Explore data to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Conduct research for data-driven decision-making.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work with cross-functional teams for project delivery.
- Present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications of Graduate Business Intelligence Analyst:
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data insights.
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI).
- Knowledge of data modelling, SQL, and statistical concepts.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player.
