Project Manager (HR/HCM)
Fully Remote (UK Based)
Our client a rapidly expanding Consultancy are looking for an experienced Project Manager who is interested in project managing a diverse range of technical and business projects. A key focus will be on HCM/HRIS & Payroll projects
Responsibilities
- Ensure successful implementation and delivery of technology projects
- Ensure best practices and standard approaches are implemented and adhered to
- Manage the full project implementation lifecycle: discovery, configuration, UAT and live running
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, to quality and scope.
- Analyse and manage project RAID logs
- Track and report the project progress to PM governance and management
- Coordinate multiple project teams working across multiple projects
Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a Project Manager
- Experience with HCM/HRIS & Payroll projects
- Previous experiencing working on technology projects (SaaS preferred)
- Project Management Certification (PRINCE2, PMP, etc)
